Job summary

Sam's Club in Slidell, LA is seeking an associate to assist management with supervising staff, training and guiding team members on member service. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area of responsibility and train them on procedures.
• Provide direction and guidance on member service approaches to resolve complaints.
• Oversee ecommerce program operations (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and monitor customer feedback.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies, assisting with recruiting, scheduling and coaching as needed.
