• Supports ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and resolves customer complaints
• Oversees Club Pickup operations, ensures orders are fulfilled and inventory is staged correctly
• Maintains safety and cleanliness, conducts safety sweeps, and handles hazardous materials per policies
• Leads teams, communicates goals, provides feedback, and trains associates on processes and member service approaches
