PrideStaff is seeking an E-Commerce Media Listing Associate in Brooklyn Park, MN. This part-time, temp-to-hire position supports production, listing, and customer-service goals in a large e-commerce facility.

Responsibilities include merchandise handling, online posting, labeling, and following daily plans to meet goals. Prior retail or thrift experience and a high school diploma are preferred; excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

E-Commerce Media Listing Associate Listing Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a large e-commerce facility in search of an E-Commerce Media Listing Associate. The E-Commerce Media Listing Associate assists with the overall production and sales goals of the E-Commerce media department. Responsibilities may include merchandise selection, item appraisal, and online listing. This position helps generate revenue to support services and programs in advancement of our mission. E-Commerce Media Listing Associate is a part-time, temp to hire position in Brooklyn Park, MN.

E-Commerce Media Listing Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Production
• Help fill the conveyor line
• * Understands and follows daily plans and goals for achieving individual and team production requirements and quality standards necessary to meet or exceed budget.
  • Handles donated items responsibly to avoid unnecessary damage.
  • Unloads merchandise from gaylords into totes, ensuring totes are properly labeled with store numbers.
  • Attention to detail, needs to ensure labels are attached to each container
  • Selects and sorts items from stores.
  • Shelves product to storage locations with high level of accuracy.
  • Properly manifests and stores product going to alternate marketplaces.
• Online Listing
• * Processes and posts merchandise online for sale.
  • Completes listing templates to predetermined online marketplace.
  • Enters additional item-specific information, such as damages, into applicable data fields in the marketplace.
  • Labels listed merchandise with assigned item numbers and stores merchandise in assigned inventory location.
  • Considers condition and quality before listing to marketplace.

  • Wears personal protective equipment as required.
  • Uses proper lifting techniques.
  • Reviews updates to Consumer Products Safety Recalls binder to ensure compliance.
• Housekeeping
• * Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.
  • Maintains workstation in a clear, organized and safe condition.
  • Participates in regular and occasional cleaning activities.
  • Stores housekeeping and maintenance supplies in designated areas and informs supervisor when supplies are low or out.
• Other Duties
• * Responsible for being familiar with the employee handbook and organizational policies, as well as where to find the most up-to-date versions on the intranet.
  • Responsible for learning, understanding, and practicing all safety policies and procedures set forth by Human Resources and the executive team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

** E-Commerce Media Listing Associate Job Requirements & Working Conditions:**

• Prior retail or thrift experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
