Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is hiring for an E-Comm Lister Associate responsible for posting merchandise online for sale to generate revenue in support of mission-driven programs.

Daily duties include posting listings, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring accuracy in product descriptions while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience listing on marketplaces or experience in an ecommerce environment preferred.

Position Summary

The E-Comm Lister Associate is responsible for posting merchandise online for sale. Through accurate and well-described postings, this position helps to generate revenue to support services and programs in the advancement of our mission.

• Production: Posts merchandise online for sale.
• Services & Programs: Fosters a culture an environment that promotes employment and a quality participant experience.
• Teamwork: Fosters an environment of high employee morale and productivity by contributing to a culture that consistently recognizes and rewards individual initiative and teamwork.
• Safety and Asset Protection: Follows and adheres to loss prevention and safety procedures and initiatives
• Housekeeping: Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.

Job Pay & Perks

• Pay Range: $17.20 - $23.66/hr
