Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an E‑Comm Lister Associate to post merchandise online for sale. You will create accurate, well-described listings to support revenue for mission-driven programs.

A daily focus on posting, accuracy, and teamwork will help maintain engaging storefronts and customer satisfaction in a busy ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Ability to coordinate multiple postings and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with posting on marketplaces and ecommerce environments is a plus.
• Proficient in basic Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Description

Position Summary: The E-Comm Lister Associate is responsible for posting merchandise online for sale. Through accurate and well-described postings, this position helps to generate revenue to support services and programs in the advancement of our mission.

• Production:Posts merchandise online for sale.
• Services & Programs:Fosters a culture an environment that promotes employment and a quality participant experience.
• Teamwork:Fosters an environment of high employee morale and productivity by contributing to a culture that consistently recognizes and rewards individual initiative and teamwork.
• Safety and Asset Protection:Follows and adheres to loss prevention and safety procedures and initiatives
• Housekeeping:Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.

Job Pay & Perks:

• Pay Range: $17.63 - $24.25/hr
