Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an E-Commerce Inventory Associate to ensure item accuracy across the inventory life cycle and support revenue for programs and services.

You will participate in daily tasks that maintain inventory quality, collaborate with teams, and follow safety and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn inventory systems are essential for success in this role.

Position Summary

The E-Commerce Inventory Associate assists with the accuracy of items through all stages in their inventory life cycle. They contribute to the overall production, operations, and sales goals of the E-Commerce facility. This position helps generate revenue to support services and programs in advancement of our mission.

• Production: Processes items through all stages in its inventory life cycle.
• Services & Programs: Fosters a culture and work environment that promotes employment and a quality participant experience.
• Teamwork: Fosters an environment of high employee morale and productivity by contributing to a culture that consistently recognizes and rewards individual initiative and teamwork.
• Safety & Risk: Follows and adheres to safety and risk procedures and initiatives.
• Housekeeping: Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.

Job Pay & Perks

• Pay Range: $14.55- $20.01/hr

Prior Experience & Education

• Prior retail or thrift experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
