Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support a growing ecommerce marketplace operation for a leading consumer electronics company.

The role focuses on day-to-day execution of marketplace activities across multiple platforms, including product listings, content updates, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in ecommerce marketplace operations, with 30-40 hours per week on a 12-month project-based assignment

Qualifications

2+ years in ecommerce operations or marketplace support.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with operational reporting and data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update product listings across ecommerce marketplaces.
Support catalog management and content maintenance.
Assist with product launch coordination.
Monitor marketplace activities and operational performance.
Generate operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Resolve marketplace issues and support ongoing operations.

About the Opportunity

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support a growing ecommerce marketplace operation for a leading consumer electronics company.

This position focuses on the day-to-day execution of marketplace activities, including product listings, content updates, reporting, launch coordination, and operational support across multiple ecommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in ecommerce marketplace operations.

This position is employed directly by Pasona N A, Inc. and assigned to support a client project.
