Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support a growing ecommerce marketplace operation for a leading consumer electronics company.

The role focuses on day-to-day execution of marketplace activities across multiple platforms, including product listings, content updates, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in ecommerce marketplace operations, with 30-40 hours per week on a 12-month project-based assignment

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ecommerce operations or marketplace support.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with operational reporting and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings across ecommerce marketplaces.
• Support catalog management and content maintenance.
• Assist with product launch coordination.
• Monitor marketplace activities and operational performance.
• Generate operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Resolve marketplace issues and support ongoing operations.
• Support platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and similar ecommerce environments.
