Job summary

AliMed seeks an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager to grow our third‑party marketplace presence, with primary focus on Amazon. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, listings, pricing, content, and promotions while driving revenue and profitability.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to ensure accurate product content, inventory alignment, and effective campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, digital merchandising, or related digital commerce roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or other marketplace platforms.
  • Experience managing and optimising marketplace content.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics tools such as GA4, Power BI, Excel, or marketplace reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of eCommerce merchandising, product content optimisation, pricing strategies, and online sales performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems is a plus.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase marketplace sales, profitability, and product visibility.

Position Overview

The eCommerce Marketplace Manager is responsible for managing and growing AliMed's presence and performance across third‑party ecommerce marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon and the potential expansion into additional marketplace channels. This role owns day‑to‑day marketplace operations while developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, improve customer engagement, optimise product visibility, and maximise profitability.

The eCommerce Marketplace Manager oversees marketplace listings, merchandising, pricing coordination, promotions, inventory alignment, content optimisation, analytics, and marketplace relationships. In addition, this role supports broader eCommerce initiatives and website campaigns designed to drive online revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, Finance, and IT, this position serves as the internal subject‑matter expert on marketplace performance and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, commercially minded, and comfortable balancing strategic marketplace initiatives with hands‑on execution.

This role is hybrid and requires regular onsite presence at our Dedham, MA office. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the office.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
