Job summary

Performance Health in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Distribution Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders across multiple ecommerce platforms, supporting end-to-end marketplace operations.

You will pick, pack, ship, and manage inventory to meet SLAs and compliance requirements while maintaining a clean, safe distribution center. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Ability to learn WMS and RF scanning devices.
• Basic computer skills for ecommerce systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders per marketplace requirements.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipment SLAs.
• Labeling, packaging, documentation, and carrier selection.
• Use WMS and RF scanners to track inventory movement.
• Perform inbound/outbound, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Maintain compliant, safe distribution environment.
• Follow SOPs, BOPs, and marketplace rules.
