Job summary

Performance Health is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Distribution Associate in Indianapolis to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other platforms. You will handle picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and inventory control while following SOPs and maintaining a safe, organized distribution environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse or distribution, strong attention to detail, ability to operate WMS and RF devices, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, fulfillment or distribution center experience.
• Ability to learn and operate WMS, RF scanning devices, and shipping software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip).
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn ecommerce-related systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply customer and marketplace order requirements.
• Basic math skills and logical reasoning.
• Problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders in accordance with marketplace requirements (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, DTC platforms)
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipment metrics tied to ecommerce SLAs
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, documentation, and carrier selection for marketplace orders
• Use WMS and RF scanning devices to accurately track inventory movement and order fulfillment
• Perform inbound, outbound, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation activities
• Maintain compliance with GDP, GMP, UL certification, and applicable HazMat regulations
• Identify, report, and escalat inventory discrepancies, order errors, or system issues
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), best operating practices (BOPs), and marketplace compliance rules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Notify leadership of unsafe conditions or process risks within the work area
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
• Support peak volume periods, promotions, and time-sensitive fulfillment demands
• Performs other duties as assigned

Performance Health is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Distribution Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible forthe accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders across multiple ecommerce platforms. This role supports end-to-end marketplace operations including picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, and compliance with marketplace-specific requirements.
