Job summary

Performance Health is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Distribution Associate to join our team in Indianapolis. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders across multiple ecommerce platforms, including picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with marketplace requirements.

You will use WMS and RF scanning devices to track inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure shipments meet SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment or distribution center experience.
• Ability to learn and operate WMS, RF scanning devices, and shipping software.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn ecommerce-related systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply customer and marketplace order requirements.
• Basic math skills and logical reasoning.
• Problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders in accordance with marketplace requirements (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, DTC platforms).
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipment metrics tied to ecommerce SLAs.
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, documentation, and carrier selection for marketplace orders.
• Use WMS and RF scanning devices to accurately track inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Perform inbound, outbound, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Maintain compliance with GDP, GMP, UL certification, and applicable HazMat regulations.
• Identify, report, and escalated inventory discrepancies, order errors, or system issues.
• Follow all SOPs, BOPs, and marketplace compliance rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Notify leadership of unsafe conditions or process risks within the work area.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
• Support peak volume periods, promotions, and time-sensitive fulfillment demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This role supports end-to-end marketplace operations including picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, and compliance with marketplace-specific requirements.
