Job summary

Outback Toys, rooted in Lititz, PA, seeks a Marketplace Analyst to manage third-party marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more. You will handle order processing, pricing decisions, and performance tracking while ensuring compliance and timely execution.

You will monitor ROAS and inventory across channels, collaborate with the eCommerce Manager on strategic initiatives, and drive improvements with data-driven recommendations, including new product enrollments and listing

Qualifications

• Experience with third party marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay).
• Strong Excel proficiency including data imports, formulas, and data manipulation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales, margin, and advertising performance data.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/order management system.
• Familiarity with Rithum or similar marketplace integration platform.
• Knowledge of ROAS and basic marketplace advertising concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day order processing across third-party marketplace platforms.
• Track and report marketplace KPIs (sales, ROAS, SKU performance, Buy Box, inventory health).
• Manage pricing and offers using established guidelines and data-driven decisions.
• Monitor advertising performance against ROAS targets and adjust campaigns as needed.
• Manage inventory replenishment and new product enrollment for marketplaces (e.g., Amazon FBA).
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements and best practices; resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with sourcing, warehouse, and procurement to resolve marketplace issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-backed improvements to the eCommerce Manager.
• Maintain pricing/performance tracking tools; monitor for margin/cost anomalies.
• Build relationships with external representatives to grow presence on marketplaces.
