We are a beauty brand within the New York City Metropolitan area, looking for an eCommerce manager to support all Digital and eCommerce initiatives. This includes site operations, administration, promotions, marketing, planning, strategy, and reporting. The eCommerce Manager will support the eCommerce Director and will work in tandem with the marketing teams to deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, operations, and site administration of our websites, merchandise, promotion, and marketing.
• Co-Manage relationships with marketing agencies including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email and Affiliate. Ensure budget is being kept and KPIs + revenue goals are being met.
• Responsible for hitting monthly revenue targets, including daily sales forecasting & promotional planning.
• Collaborate with internal + external paid advertising stakeholders/agencies for proper ad budget deployment across social, Google, CTV and programmatic.
• Responsible for TTS promotions planning and TTS Live programming management.
• Drive initiatives that will improve customer LTV, retention, customer acquisition, site AOV and other KPI benchmarks.
• Drive DTC Marketing and creative performance data, KPI management and monitoring. Be the go-to person for DTC data and create visibility of DTC data with internal and external stakeholders by creating a system and/or board in our management system to detail DTC marketing, creative, data/analysis, etc.
• Oversee QA of brand website and all marketing initiatives to deliver optimal customer experience.
• Assist in planning and troubleshooting with internal partners and third-party vendors.
• Assist the eCommerce Director in ensuring the department planning, strategy and reporting.
• Help to maintain eCommerce site standards for product and navigation as well as customer path to purchase.
• Work with Shopify, our platform partner, with regards to site functionality, development, and future optimizations.
• Oversee and maintain eCommerce integrated platforms and systems to include inventory management, marketing, analytics, social, etc.
• Advocate for and vet out third-party new eCommerce partners, platforms, and vendors as needed.
• Help to manage order lifecycle from online through fulfillment. Regular contact with fulfillment center to facilitate order process and resolve issues.
• Help to drive continuous improvement of the eCommerce customer experience.
• Maintain site look and feel, adhering to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work within eCommerce
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, Information systems, or similar.
• Customer advocate with an understanding of best-in-class eCommerce customer experience
