Job summary

R2 is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to scale ecommerce growth and performance across key channels, with a focus on Amazon 1P & 3P. This onsite role at Cypress, CA, USA, involves leading cross-functional teams and delivering data-driven insights to drive growth.

You will manage internal and external relationships, optimize conversion, and own initiatives from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ecommerce and hands-on Amazon experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in eCommerce.
• 5+ years experience in both Amazon Vendor & Seller Central, including hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising & Sponsored.
• Strong understanding of P&L Management, margin structures & retailer metrics.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, product and operations.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and full funnel strategy.
• Confident working with A/B testing, analysis and more.
