Job summary

Fabletics, based in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Specialist to act as the operational engine behind digital commerce launches. You will ensure inventory, pricing, promotions, content, and customer experiences are launch-ready across mobile web and app.

You will align launch timelines, run readiness reviews, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Site Marketing, Product, and Ecommerce to prepare flawless go-lives and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital commerce operations or ecommerce, merchandising ops, or related PM work.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills across priorities.
• Foundational AI literacy with experience using generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational lead for digital commerce launches with go-live readiness across mobile web and app.
• Align launch timelines and dependencies across Site Marketing, Product, and Ecommerce.
• Run readiness reviews, staging validation, and smoke testing for flawless launches.
• Build launch calendars, trackers, and workflows to keep teams aligned.
• Maintain promotions, collections, and merchandising experiences on platforms.
• Monitor inventory health and coordinate with Merchandising/Planning for forecasts.
• Support QA testing and participate in launch planning meetings.
• Serve as cross-team partner to provide timelines, risks, and progress visibility.
