Job summary

Target Specialty Products seeks an IT leader to own the technology stack behind our e-commerce and fulfillment operations. You will direct Magento 2, manage integrations, and guide cybersecurity and vendor relations across on-site teams and external partners.

The role requires 7+ years in e-commerce tech leadership, experience with Fishbowl/UPS Shipexec, PCI/ADA compliance, and strong contract management. A bachelor's degree is required, with growth opportunities in a dynamic, multi-site

Qualifications

7+ years managing e-commerce technology infrastructure.
Experience with fulfillment/ERP systems (e.g., Fishbowl, UPS Shipexec) and PCI/ADA compliance.
Experience managing outsourced IT vendors and telecom/network infrastructure.
Familiarity with NIST CSF or similar cybersecurity frameworks.
Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a technical team.

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy and roadmap for infrastructure, software applications, and security measures.
Manage Magento 2 platform stability, scalability, and security; optimize extensions/plugins.
Oversee inventory and fulfillment system integration and reliability.
Direct IT support, telecom, and network operations; manage vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with security standards and risk management programs.
Coordinate systems integration (Avalara, QuickBooks Online) and data syncing.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor the IT team; manage outsourced IT partner.
