ServerMonkey is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to own our Magento 2 e-commerce stack, including a custom server configurator. You will drive platform refactors, security patching, and scalable architecture while leading three pods and agency partners.

You will bridge engineering, product data, and marketing, focusing on speed, UX, and data integrity across Magento, GA4, and NetSuite integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Web Development/E-commerce.
• 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Deep Magento 2 knowledge and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Magento 2 Commerce platform and roadmap.
• Lead the redesign of the web team and ensure PCI compliance, load times, and UX improvements.
