Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking an IT Manager in Suwanee, GA to own the company’s technology infrastructure, e-commerce platform (Magento 2), security, and daily IT operations. You will lead a hands-on team and coordinate with an external IT vendor to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable systems.

The role demands 7+ years in e-commerce tech, experience with Fishbowl and UPS Shipexec, PCI/ADA compliance, and a track record of shaping technology strategy while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s a plus.
• 7+ years managing e-commerce tech infrastructure.
• Experience with Magento/Magento 2.
• Experience with fulfillment/ERP systems (Fishbowl, UPS Shipexec) and PCI/ADA compliance.
• Experience managing outsourced IT vendors and telecom/network infra.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF or similar cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and roadmap for infrastructure, software, and security.
• Oversee Magento 2 platform stability, security, and extensions.
• Manage Fishbowl/UPS Shipexec fulfillment and ERP integrations.
• Direct outsourced IT vendor and internal IT team leadership.
• Ensure PCI/ADA compliance and regular audits.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve e‑commerce operations.
