Total Retail Group LLC in Smyrna, GA is seeking an eCommerce Sales & Operations Specialist to drive online sales growth for TRG clients in the DIY retail channel. You will blend business development, retailer relationship management, digital merchandising, and eCommerce operations to expand product assortments and visibility.

You will own end-to-end product content, coordinate promotions on retailer sites, conduct market analyses, and present growth strategies to clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in eCommerce, retail account management, or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience managing online product content and item setup.

Responsibilities

• Define the key components required to grow clients' eCommerce businesses.
• Develop and document processes for assessing clients' current eCommerce presence.
• Create processes and standards for regular e-commerce promotions on retailer sites.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for clients looking to grow their businesses.
• Conduct market and category sizing analyses focused on e-commerce channels.
• Lead efforts with clients to establish buy-in for growth strategies via remote and in-person communications.
• Own communication and sell-in with .com merchants at leading retailers to pitch programs and assortment expansion.
• Manage end-to-end online product content, including setup, attributes, images, keywords, and catalog maintenance.
• Develop, launch, and manageSponsored ad campaigns on retailer sites where applicable.
