Job summary

o5 group is seeking a senior Manager of eCommerce to lead Dickies' digital business strategy. You will own in-season GTM, drive site merchandising, and partner across Brand, Creative, Buying, Planning, and Marketing to optimize revenue and site performance.

This hands-on leader thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, guiding a team, owning KPI metrics like CVR, AOV, and UPT, and delivering end-to-end product launches and promotions on Dickies.com.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of eCommerce, digital merchandising, and site performance ownership.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong background in eCommerce and DTC business management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Shopify, ERP systems, PM tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of apparel, fashion, and/or action sports markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall site experience and merchandising to optimize revenue and CVR.
• Serve as a key cross-functional partner to Brand, Creative, Buying, Planning, and Marketing.
• Own financial performance of Dickies.com with KPIs like CVR, AOV, UPT.
• Lead in-season GTM activations and promotions and manage product launches.
• Lead content planning and management of themes within Shopify.
• Own site calendars and weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to drive sales goals.
• Lead, coach, and manage direct reports.
