Job summary

M&D, a longtime diesel parts remanufacturer with 41+ branch locations and OEM partnerships, seeks a Senior Ecommerce Manager to own the full P&L of our primary ecommerce channel.

You will lead strategy across traffic, conversion, pricing, inventory, and customer experience, partnering with Marketing, Digital Advertising, Pricing, Operations, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to drive profitable online growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management or digital commerce.
• Proven experience owning or managing ecommerce performance and growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, conversion optimization, merchandising, and digital acquisition.
• Highly analytical with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full ecommerce P&L including revenue growth, profitability, conversion, traffic, and operational metrics.
• Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies aligned with priorities and customer needs.
• Monitor key ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and inventory availability.
• Identify performance issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Digital Advertising and Marketing to optimize traffic and campaign performance.
