Job summary

Spellbinders Paper Arts Company, LLC is seeking an energetic Ecommerce Manager to drive DTC growth and optimize our Shopify storefront. You’ll enhance the customer experience, grow online revenue, and run day-to-day digital operations, including email, SMS, SEO, and CRO, in partnership with the team.

You bring 4–6 years in ecommerce or digital marketing, hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategy across site, mobile, email, and social channels
• Plan and manage the digital promotional calendar to ensure brand-consistent promotions
• Monitor site usability and customer experience with vendors; drive site improvements
• Oversee merchandising and product presentation to maximize engagement and conversion
• Generate regular performance dashboards and data-driven insights for leadership
