Job summary

Makeup by Mario is hiring a dynamic Ecommerce Manager to own DTC site management and the Shopify platform. You will drive traffic growth, conversion, and performance across paid and retention channels while coordinating with agencies and internal teams.

The role requires 4+ years in ecommerce, hands-on Shopify expertise, and a data-driven mindset to optimize PDPs, collections, and site experiences across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing with proven online revenue growth.
• Hands-on Shopify management including apps and integrations.
• Experience with PDPs, site merchandising, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with multi-market or international site rollout preferred.
• Strong analytics skills across GA, Shopify, Triple Whale, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own DTC site management and Shopify platform performance.
• Drive customer acquisition, traffic growth, and retention through paid and owned channels.
• Manage PDPs, collection pages, assets, and on-brand presentation.
• Oversee site roadmap, feature prioritization, QA, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on campaigns and optimizations.
• Monitor site performance with data tools and optimize conversion and revenue.
• Maintain ecommerce merchandising calendar and international market launches.
• Lead search visibility efforts (SEO/AEO/GEO) with agency partners.
