You bring 4–6 years in ecommerce or digital marketing, hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience, and strong analytics.

We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial eCommerce Manager to help drive and optimize our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce business. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing, you will be a key contributor to our Shopify-powered storefront, working to enhance the customer experience, grow online revenue, and execute day-to-day digital operations in partnership with the rest of the eCommerce team. Day to day, that work spans Shopify site and mobile experience, email marketing, SMS, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) — keeping digital efforts aligned with company goals and vision.
You’re a data-informed doer who takes pride in the details — someone who notices when a product description is off, digs into why a campaign underperformed, and proactively finds ways to improve. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of your work without waiting to be told what to do next.
You bring a customer-first mindset to everything you do — from how a product page is merchandised to how an email lands in someone’s inbox. You thrive in a structured environment, communicate clearly, and bring genuine enthusiasm for the craft community and the Spellbinders brand.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000/year, commensurate with experience. Full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona (North Phoenix).
Spellbinders is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
