About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial eCommerce Manager to help drive and optimize our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce business. You’re a data-informed doer who takes pride in the details — someone who notices when a product description is off, digs into why a campaign underperformed, and proactively finds ways to improve. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of your work without waiting to be told what to do next.

You bring a customer-first mindset to everything you do — from how a product page is merchandised to how an email lands in someone’s inbox. You thrive in a structured environment, communicate clearly, and bring genuine enthusiasm for the craft community and the Spellbinders brand.

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data insights
  • Use reporting insights to help shape future marketing strategy alongside the Director of eCommerce & Marketing
Marketing Operations & Technology
  • Support the day-to-day operation of our marketing technology stack — including Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and Triple Whale — assisting with automations, integrations, and reporting accuracy alongside the broader marketing team
  • Help troubleshoot technical issues across email/SMS platforms and analytics tools, partnering with IT as needed
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new marketing technology and platform integrations that support the broader ecommerce and marketing strategy
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience, ideally in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or retail brand environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (or Shopify Plus) and Klaviyo email marketing automation required
