Dr. Squatch's Jukebox brand is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own and grow our digital business across myjukebox.com, email, SMS, loyalty and subscription.

This high-energy role is based in New York City. You will launch major campaigns, own site experience, optimize customer journeys, and push conversion and retention. Reporting to the Head of Jukebox, you’ll collaborate across Brand and Growth Marketing and move fast with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing for a high-growth brand.
• Deep Shopify experience with hands-on implementation.
• Experience owning lifecycle across email, SMS, loyalty, and/or subscriptions.
• Ability to translate data into fast, smart decisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own myjukebox.com — merchandising, launches, landing pages, and optimization.
• Lead email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription programs across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Creative, and Marketing to drive growth and performance.
• Turn insights into action and optimize conversion, retention and lifecycle metrics.
