Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of the brand's direct-to-consumer storefront. This role reports to the Senior Director of Ecommerce and Growth Marketing and focuses on CRO, subscription growth, and promotional execution, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to maintain brand standards while hitting aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on ecommerce management experience.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and subscription tools (Recharge).
• Strong SEO/AEO knowledge and web best practices.
• Proven collaboration in a matrixed environment with Loyalty, Creative, and Operations.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple launches.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing goals into site strategies for CRO, merchandising and revenue growth.
• Lead on-site promotions setup, discount logic, landing pages, banners.
• Own subscription/auto-replenish UX and retention collaborations.
• Oversee CRO testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate) and optimize checkout.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on site experience improvements.
• Manage product catalog, collections, navigation, and social proof.
