Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Baraboo, WI is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to support order processing, packing, and shipping for our online customers. Identify, weigh and move products to the correct area, prepare stations, scan and label boxes, and ensure shipments are properly packed for dispatch.

The role requires good communication and retail experience, with evenings and at least every other weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills with customers and team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets.
• Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping.
• Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with shipping provider.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
