Job summary

Big Night is hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Fulfillment Associate for our Greenpoint warehouse. The role focuses on ecommerce fulfillment—picking, packing, and preparing shipments—while allocating inventory to stores.

You will work closely with the Fulfillment Operations Manager to keep inventory organized and orders moving efficiently. Ideal candidates enjoy staying active, thrive in a small team, and pay close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Interest in food, cooking, home, or ecommerce.
• Experience in retail, warehouse, fulfillment, hospitality, or service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Dependable, punctual, team player.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and fulfill ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow packaging and SOPs to ensure safe delivery to customers.
• Identify inventory discrepancies or fulfillment issues and report them.
• Receive inventory from vendors and input into inventory system.
• Pull and pack inventory for transfers to retail locations.
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse projects as needed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Support a collaborative and productive warehouse environment.
• Learn and adapt to new processes and product information.
