Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos, seeks a Legal Operations and Compliance Analyst for the Columbus Corporate Headquarters. You will support vendor setup, contracting, and documentation for third-party non-merchandise vendors, interfacing with the attorneys and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities include liaison for vendor intake and contract execution, due diligence, and maintaining legal databases, plus managing compliance training and audits to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or retail company.
• Experience with Legal Tracker.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Supports non-merchandise vendor onboarding and contract approval; acts as liaison across departments for intake and contract execution.
• Supports vendor due diligence to ensure compliance with company standards; maintains records of all non-merchandise vendor agreements.
• Manages legal and compliance databases and billing processes.
• Owns the annual compliance training program and drives rollout and completion tracking.
• Conducts periodic compliance audits and partners with attorneys to implement corrective actions.
• Monitors federal, state, and local laws; recommends procedural changes to stay compliant.
• Supports in-house counsel with special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
