Job summary

J.Crew Group invites an experienced Ecomm Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing functionality for jcrew.com and factory.jcrew.com, overseeing large initiatives and rapid enhancements. You will guide daily stand-ups and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Web Ops to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, 3–5 years in digital product management, and the ability to balance Agile and waterfall approaches as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; 3–5 years in eCommerce or digital product/project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; translate between technical and business audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail across plans, timelines and reporting
• Collaborative team player; improve outcomes for customers, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Comfort working across internal teams and external vendors/partners
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and applying them to reporting, documentation and analysis

Responsibilities

• Drive building and implementation of enhanced web experiences for jcrew.com and factory.jcrew.com
• Flex outside digital when needed; support peak readiness and execution
• Lead daily stand-ups; assist in impediment removal and backlog refinement
• Balance Scrum duties with Agile methods; pivot to waterfall when required
• Support code release by coordinating with Tech Operations on moving stories to QA and build
• Collaborate to improve workflows and CI/CD processes across teams
• Act as site issue resolution support in production and lower environments
• Enable A/B testing efforts with business and tech partners; evaluate results and interactions
• Partner with vendors to introduce new integrations and functionalities
• Coordinate overlapping operational efforts with cross-functional teams
• Ensure work tracked in JIRA; collaborate via multiple tools
• Provide executive-level weekly statuses via Smartsheet
• Manage team budget including quarterly submissions, accruals, forecasts, and invoice reviews
