You will stay informed on product launches, inventory, and evolving processes, working with internal teams to meet client expectations and maintain strong brand reputations across client stores.

• Replying to customer message inquiries for online stores.

• Collaborating with internal teams to meet eCommerce goals.
• Assisting clients to manage brand reputations.
