Job summary

Something Inked, LLC is seeking a self-motivated eCommerce Account Manager to support the Director of eCommerce and Web Services with daily tasks like building new online stores, maintaining existing ones, and communicating with clients about their accounts. The role may extend to other eCommerce tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience using Shopify, Shipstation or similar shipping/fulfillment software.
• Working knowledge of Google Site, Gmail, Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone skills and internet savvy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceedingly high standards of work ethic and self-motivated.
• Ability to learn Something Inked products.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Setup of client accounts in Shopify.
• Build product in Shopify.
• Manage digital inventory (i.e. adjusting inventory quantities and/or spreadsheets and other inventory management software).
• Accomplish sales goals via eCommerce by working with internal teams.
• Manage and upkeep webstore functionality by working with clients.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
• Perform job functions with consistency and regularity, minimizing quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment by contributing to housekeeping.

Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated eCommerce Account Manager to assist the Director of eCommerce and Web Services with day-to-day activities with building new online stores, upkeep of existing online stores and communicating with the clients regarding their account. This position may require assistance in other areas of the eCommerce Department based on needs.

Preferred NOT Required:

• Photoshop experience preferred
• Shopify and/or HTML/CSS coding and development experience preferred
• Specialization in front end UI/UX preferred
