Our products are available in specialty retailers and department stores worldwide. Among the largest employee-owned and operated firms in the giftware industry, ROMAN is able to offer a unique blend of family culture along with the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon E-Commerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of our Amazon presence. This role will be responsible for maintaining product listings, improving product discoverability and content, managing our brand stores and A+ Content, monitoring Account Health, and resolving issues that could impact our products or account.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working within Amazon Seller Central, and able to troubleshoot issues independently while managing multiple products and priorities. They will also help with other e-commerce responsibilities as needed.

  • Create, publish, and maintain A+ Content across the product catalog.
  • Monitor Amazon Account Health and proactively resolve policy violations, suppressed listings, compliance requests, and other account issues.
  • Troubleshoot listing, catalog, variation, and content issues, working with Amazon Seller Support as needed to drive issues through resolution.
  • Regularly audit our Amazon presence to identify opportunities to improve content, discoverability, accuracy, and the overall customer experience.
  • Stay current on Amazon platform updates, policies, and best practices to ensure our account and catalog remain compliant and optimized.
More Than Just Amazon
  • Amazon will be the primary focus of this position, but you'll also have the opportunity to gain experience across our broader e-commerce business. Depending on business needs and your skills, you may assist with our Shopify storefront, wholesale ecommerce site, email marketing, social media, and other digital initiatives.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their Amazon expertise while continuing to build a well-rounded e-commerce skill set.

  • Comfortable managing multiple products, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
Why Join Roman?

This role offers the opportunity to have real ownership of an established Amazon business rather than simply supporting one piece of the channel. You'll be able to see the direct impact of your work as you improve listings, solve catalog challenges, launch new products, and strengthen how our brands are represented on Amazon.

You’ll also work closely with a collaborative e-commerce team and gain exposure to multiple areas of digital commerce beyond Amazon.
