Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree; merchandising, sales, and/or customer service experience in B2B.
• Demonstrated ecommerce content management at scale; leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build out the ecommerce content team: define structure, staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Establish content standards, style guides, QA processes, and SOPs for scalable output.
• Own content roadmap across marketplace and internet retailers, prioritizing revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with IR BDMs and marketplace owners to fulfill custom data requirements.
• Regulate product assortment criteria by account.
• Oversee content spreadsheets by compiling data from price and content files for upload.
• Manage content portals for large IR accounts, including setup and updates.
• Maintain cross-reference identifiers across accounts and platforms.
• Provide feedback to sales on expansion opportunities and report content performance.
• Execute merchandising projects to improve content quality and drive sales.
