Extended Stay America is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to optimize our digital brand ecosystem, esa.com and the mobile app. You will manage content, drive SEO initiatives, and ensure ADA accessibility compliance while coordinating with IT, marketing, and external agencies.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will perform CMS UAT, track content workflows with JIRA and Trello, and support ongoing web and app development. A college diploma is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing content in enterprise CMS systems.
• Basic HTML coding knowledge.
• Experience applying SEO best practices from a content perspective.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 standards and ADA content compliance.
• Proven experience conducting UAT, including content verification and responsiveness checks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, IT and agencies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Flexible to work occasional late nights aligned with release schedules.
• College diploma or equivalent education.

Aufgaben

• Manage all property content on the website and mobile app, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Optimize pages for user experience and engagement, including photos and descriptions.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing stakeholders to meet content needs.
• Lead CMS UAT to ensure features meet business requirements.
• Work with IT and CMS resources to ensure platform stability and enhancements.
• Coordinate with SEO agency to implement roadmap and best practices.
• Ensure ADA compliance and WCAG 2.2 standards across all content.
• Track content workflows using Jira/Trello and report progress.
• Support ongoing web and mobile development with thorough testing.
• Adapt to a fast-paced release-driven environment.
