Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an Ecommerce Provider Data and Compliance Specialist to promote and support regulatory compliance within the division and organization. The role involves coordinating provider communications, conducting audits on CPN transactions, and assisting with product and delivery network setup in CPN.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or two years of related experience, intermediate Excel skills, and strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or two years related work experience in lieu of degree.
• Two years work experience in compliance, claims, electronic commerce, contracting, business or system analysis, customer service, training, project management, healthcare operations.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and analytical/problem solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse audiences inside and outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support HealthPartners Provider Electronic Commerce and Operations to promote compliance.
• Monitor regulatory activities with agencies such as CMS, DHS, NCQA, and MDH.
• Coordinate provider communications and track regulatory communications.
• Assist with product and delivery network setup in CPN and documentations.
• Perform audits on CPN transactions and test enhancements to the CPN application.
• Develop and implement process improvements; liaison with internal staff.
• Support ongoing service needs and business continuity/disaster recovery planning.
