• Ensures data loads meet quality standards and supports reconciliation and audits.
• Investigates and resolves provider file discrepancies with internal teams and regulators.
• Improves internal processes that support provider data management.
• Supports creation and maintenance of data management policies and procedures.
• Assists with provider training and documentation based on regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with credentialing to update provider data from credentialing efforts.
• Collaborates with multiple internal and external entities to maintain relationships.
• Develops reports for the organization and external entities as needed.
• Participates in data reporting and system validation to ensure quality.
• Performs other tasks and projects as assigned.
