The position requires strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced health care environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook or equivalent.
• Ability to translate complex subject matter for all colleagues.
• Ability to be a trusted partner and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and promotion of HealthPartners’ Integrity and Compliance program.
• Identify barriers/gaps and elevate issues; careful documentation of activities and deadlines.
• Leverage technology to support program activities and assist departments.
