Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervising associates in assigned area, assigns duties, provides feedback and training on processes and procedures.
• Oversees ecommerce operations (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audits customer feedback, resolves complaints and identifies trends.
• Ensures Club Pickup is properly staffed, updates operations with KPIs, and evaluates performance and processes.
• Maintains safety and compliance with company policies; conducts safety sweeps and handles hazardous materials per guidelines.
• Provides member service, assists with self-service technology, and supports product and service promotion.
