Job summary

Hermès in New York City offers an in-person eCommerce Client Relations Center Internship from January 11, 2027 to June 28, 2027. This five-month program provides hands-on experience in operations, analytics, and training within the Generation H framework.

You will support KPI reporting, ticket monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Hermes.com and flagship boutiques, gaining real-world customer service and data analysis exposure.

Qualifications

• Previous Operations and/or Customer Service experience helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone manner.
• High adaptability and strong attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes KPIs and operational metrics to generate actionable insights for reporting.
• Monitors open service tickets to identify patterns in returns and post-sale issues.
• Performs research and trend analysis on Hermes.com customer service interactions.
• Assists with internal QA protocols and competitive benchmarking to identify training gaps.
• Designs and executes independent projects aligning with growth objectives.
• Assists with scheduling needs for eCommerce and boutiques.
• Executes other duties assigned by Manager.
