JOB TITLE: E-commerce and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and adaptable E-commerce and Marketing Manager to help

drive the growth of our direct-to-consumer business and online presence. This role focuses on

working with the E-commerce and Marketing team to manage and maintain our website, ensuring it’s

always up-to-date, polished, and aligned with our goals and initiatives. Additionally, the role involves

developing and executing strategies across the website, email, and digital campaigns to maximize

sales, engagement, and loyalty. The ideal candidate is analytical, entrepreneurial, and passionate

about delivering a rich, on-brand digital experience for Cynthia Rowley’s community of shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow online revenue and conversions.
  • Manage and maintain Shopify platform, including product launches, promotions, pricing, and site content.
  • Monitor website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior, and use these insights to make data-informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement enhancement initiatives to improve user experience, drive conversions, and lift average order values

Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Lead email marketing campaigns, from concept and creative direction to execution and optimization.
  • Manage digital marketing calendar to align promotions with key drops, holidays, and events.

Retention & Loyalty

  • Develop strategies to increase repeat transactions and loyalty, including loyalty programs, special promotions, and personalized content.
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation to send tailored messages and promotions.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on website, email, and social media performance against goals.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to maximize return on ad spend and drive profitable growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Customer Service, and Retail teams to align messaging, promotions, and inventory strategies.
  • Support creative initiatives and photo shoots by helping select products and stories to highlight.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury.
  • Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online customer journeys.
  • Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Work Requirements

  • Based in New York City; ability to work on-site M–F, 10am–6pm.
