Job summary

Comcast's Digital Sales organization is seeking an Analyst, eCommerce to help deliver exceptional online experiences for our customers. You will support digital sales optimization, customer experience improvements, testing, and performance analysis, working cross-functionally with Product, UX, Design, Merchandising, Analytics, and Digital Sales teams.

Qualifications

Experience supporting eCommerce, digital sales, customer experience, digital marketing, product optimization, analytics, or related functions.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop recommendations that support business objectives.
Experience managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Support initiatives that improve online customer experience and drive digital sales performance.
Analyze customer behavior, digital performance metrics, and business insights to identify opportunities for optimization.
Support end-to-end experimentation lifecycle in partnership with Experimentation team, including hypothesis development, test execution, performance analysis, learnings, and recommendations.
Partner with Product, UX, Design, Development, and Merchandising teams to support new digital experiences, offers, and enhancements.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion trends.
Translate customer feedback and research insights into actionable recommendations.
Create project updates, performance reports, and stakeholder communications.
Assist with quality assurance to ensure seamless customer experience.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
