Job summary

Something Inked, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Nashville, TN to sort and count incoming merchandise, unload and stock items, and support order fulfillment.

You will handle tagging, IMS-based placement, and accurate data entry while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. This role requires lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate that will be responsible for the sorting and counting of incoming merchandise with efficiency; unloading and stocking received merchandise in assigned locations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive and verify quantity/description against packing list on merchandise from incoming shipments; accurately and promptly report/record any discrepancies.
• Accurately break down incoming product to place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas according to the Inventory Management System (IMS).
• Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system
• Attach identifying tag or labels to merchandise and/or mark information on product
• Assemble and fill orders to be sent to production and then shipped to customers
• Track inventory and report any shortages to sales team so the website can be updated properly
• Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area
• Accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on the cycle count list
• Ensure proper stock rotation
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive work environment
• Maintain regular and punctuality attendance - in good standing
• Perform job functions with consistency and regularity, minimizing quality issues or damages
• Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment by contributing to housekeeping
