In the Ecommerce Account Manager position, you will provide professional and knowledgeable support to both our vendors and customers through data analysis, trend forecasting, online marketing strategies, and effective communication. The primary products supported are home furnishings and decor. Previous experience in planning, allocation, online marketing, and purchasing are a plus. Extensive amounts of Excel are used on a daily basis. This position is also responsible for managing the sales and service processes working directly with our supplier’s teams and notifying retailers of new products, coordinating marketing efforts and participating in industry events requiring occasional overnight travel. The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for assigned accounts and acts as the point person for all business related to the specified supplier and account. Previous ecommerce and vendor relations experience including purchasing, forecasting, allocationspreferred. Seller Central and Vendor Central experience a plus as well as other partner platforms.
