Job summary

Something Inked, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Nashville to sort, count, unload and stock merchandise, and assemble orders for production and shipping.

You will verify quantities against packing lists, update the Inventory Management System, label items, track inventory, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to endure extreme temperatures and lift and move boxes up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand and be in motion at all times.
• Ability to learn Something Inked products.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify quantity/description against packing list on merchandise from incoming shipments; report discrepancies.
• Break down incoming product and place materials on shelves according to the Inventory Management System (IMS).
• Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system.
• Attach identifying tag or labels to merchandise and/or mark information on product.
• Assemble and fill orders to be sent to production and then shipped to customers.
• Track inventory and report any shortages to sales team so the website can be updated properly.
• Safely operate all necessary equipment in the work area.
• Identify and count stock materials as listed on the cycle count list.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance—in good standing.
• Perform job functions with consistency and regularity, minimizing quality issues or damages.
• Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment by contributing to housekeeping.

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate that will be responsible for the sorting and counting of incoming merchandise with efficiency; unloading and stocking received merchandise in assigned locations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive and verify quantity/description against packing list on merchandise from incoming shipments; accurately and promptly report/record any discrepancies.
• Accurately break down incoming product to place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas according to the Inventory Management System (IMS).
• Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system
• Attach identifying tag or labels to merchandise and/or mark information on product
• Assemble and fill orders to be sent to production and then shipped to customers
• Track inventory and report any shortages to sales team so the website can be updated properly
