Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking an Account Coordinator, Amazon - Hydro Flask, to drive online sales and optimize product pages for key eCommerce partners. Based in New York or Bend, OR, this hybrid role supports Amazon strategies and cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate online sales execution, merchandising, and promotions; analyze results; and maintain strong relationships with major accounts. The schedule emphasizes in-office Tue–Thu with remote options Mon and Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of related experience in eCommerce at a retailer, agency, or brand.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of online sales, merchandising and promotional strategies and provide analysis of results.
• Support joint business planning and review account performance with managers; identify opportunities for increased sales or profitability.
• Maintain high levels of service and positive relationships with assigned key eCommerce accounts.
• Responsible for ensuring best-in-class presentation of Helen of Troy brands’ product detail pages with key eCommerce customers.
• Conduct regular audits of retail partner sites for product information accuracy, content placement and opportunity.
• Support Amazon Advertising efforts; partner with Sales Leads, COE, Brand Marketing and external agency partners to increase sales and brand awareness.
