AmeriCorps VISTA seeks a Systems Coordinator for Eco3 Divine Konnections in Minnesota to help build organizational capacity, develop admin systems, data tools, and volunteer engagement infrastructure to support families experiencing homelessness.

The role strengthens organizational capacity to connect low-income families with stable housing and economic opportunity, delivering lasting tools and a sustainability plan beyond the term.

Qualifications

Job description

Divine Konnections addresses poverty by providing culturally responsive housing support, family stabilization services, and wraparound programming for families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and other barriers to self-sufficiency. This is done through multiple programs, including group residential housing, family and youth homeless prevention, and recovery support. The Eco3 VISTA Corps focuses on addressing poverty by addressing food access and systems, government policy, community development, education, health and wellness, creative placemaking, energy security, and more. Eco3 VISTA members work with organizations that are deeply embedded in the community to help develop solutions to community challenges through leveraging resources, building partnerships, expanding reach, and improving organizational efficiency.

Member Duties :

The volunteer will build the organizational capacity of Divine Konnections to serve families experiencing homelessness and housing instability by developing administrative systems, data tracking tools, and volunteer engagement infrastructure. The volunteer will address poverty by strengthening the organizational systems that serve as the foundation for community assistance, expansion of community partnerships, and long-term organizational stability. This will increase the organization's capacity to connect low-income families to stable housing and economic opportunity. The VISTA’s work will result in a set of lasting administrative tools and a sustainability plan for maintaining them after the VISTA's term ends.
