Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our Little Sprouts program. You will support the Certified Teacher, contribute to a safe, nurturing classroom, and help implement sustainability-focused learning experiences.

This role emphasizes collaborative teamwork, ongoing professional development, and strong family partnerships, with year-round operations and a schedule Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom safety standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support the Certified Teacher.
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Interest in sustainability and eco-conscious classroom practices.
