Job summary

Summit Building Services is seeking a part-time commercial cleaner in Lorain, OH to keep a public building in a clean and well-kept condition. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, including floors, restrooms, and disinfection, with 4-hour shifts after 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Comfort with daily cleaning tasks in a public building.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas including desks, floors, restrooms.
• Disinfect, restock consumables, and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies.
• Keep janitor’s closet organized and ensure proper disposal.
• Use communication book for consumables and facility updates.
• Coordinate with Area Manager on timekeeping and client requests.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
